Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of German as a second language is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via chat only
- No sales and no outbound calls
- Work for the German market
- Handle technical, financial, and account-related queries
- Monitor the stability of gaming services
- Escalate incidents and collaborate with internal teams
