TL;DR

Marketing Intern (Domestic Market): Supporting branding building, 360° campaigns, trade marketing, public relations, and events in the luxury beauty industry with an accent on localizing global materials and ensuring commercial success of BTL campaigns. Focus on collaborating with agencies and commercial teams, pre/post-campaign follow-ups, and event preparations.

What you will do

• Provide support in trade marketing for BTL campaigns to drive commercial success.
• Work with agencies to develop and localize global marketing materials within brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with commercial team for brand representation and deployment of marketing tools.
• Assist in animation and event preparations, setups, and follow-ups.
• Handle pre- and post-campaign follow-ups for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Undergraduates committing to full-time internship for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026).
• Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, sense of confidentiality.
• Cross-cultural awareness, high emotional intelligence, articulate in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn, sense of ownership, resilient, flexible, positive under pressure.
