What you will do

• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into digestible and actionable formats.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and behaviors to drive insights and improve the user experience.
• Measure key business metrics and propose/implement projects to optimize these KPIs.
• Build metrics and business cases to solve real-world problems and enhance product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, or Oracle.
• Experience processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and developing automated reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS solutions including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Experience in data mining and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
