Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of Tableau dashboards for manufacturing KPIs including throughput, cycle time, OTD, scrap rates, WIP, capacity, and backlog.
• Build and maintain Snowflake/dbt data models unifying ERP, MES, and shop floor systems.
• Collaborate directly with plant managers and production supervisors to identify and solve data challenges.
• Design and lead Tableau training for manufacturing and ops staff.
• Support lean and continuous improvement with data-driven waste identification, capacity scenarios, and kaizen tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years BI experience in manufacturing or industrial environment understanding production workflows
• Advanced Tableau skills with portfolio of manufacturing KPI dashboards preferred
• Strong SQL and Snowflake; ETL tools and ERP/MES data sources experience
• Ability to translate shop-floor needs into data requirements and communicate findings plainly
• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related
