TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Developer Experience): Designing and building internal developer platforms and tooling to enable engineering teams to deploy and operate services at scale with an accent on developer productivity and platform abstractions. Focus on orchestrating cloud-native infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing robust observability stacks.
Location: Hybrid; minimum of two days per week in the office in Amsterdam, Paris, or Lisbon

What you will do
- Design and maintain self-service platforms that abstract complexity, empowering teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
- Orchestrate Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency via FinOps.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and reusable templates to accelerate development and deployment cycles.
- Implement best practices for fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and scaling to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain and improve the observability stack to proactively resolve incidents and ensure platform health.
- Collaborate with product teams to align goals and evangelize cloud-native best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of production experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Proficiency in automating workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience using and maintaining observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
- Strong sense of ownership regarding platform performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- English: Proficiency required for application and daily work in a global organization.
