What you will do
- Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and oversee Kubernetes orchestration platforms.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions for rapid and reliable deployments.
- Implement logging, alerting, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment failures and apply security patches.
- Lead technical decision-making for platform initiatives and mentor junior engineers in DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Senior Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Strong understanding of observability tools, networking, and cloud security practices.
- Ability to lead projects and influence engineering decisions.
- Location: Must be based in Portugal
Nice to have
- Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
