What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases in partnership with product and infrastructure teams.
• Track release progress, manage dependencies, and identify potential risks across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct Release Readiness, Milestones, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Execute deployment plans, checklists, and coordinate go-live activities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on release-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating release processes and reporting using AI/ML tools or scripting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development teams or a release management role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and release management processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to mitigate risks during the release cycle.
• Must be based in Mexico.
