What you will do
- Define project plans, timelines, and milestones for complex engineering initiatives, such as third-party integrations.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in engineering workflows and SDLC processes to increase throughput.
- Coordinate alignment between engineering, product, QA, and DevOps squads for high-priority initiatives.
- Provide technical support for API-integrated clients by analyzing logs and reproducing issues.
- Implement AI tools to optimize project planning, tracking, and analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a TPM or Technical Program Manager.
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, logs, and debugging tools.
- Proficiency with Jira for planning and tracking.
- Must be a US Citizen or active US Green Card holder.
- Experience working with engineering teams on complex systems.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting API integrations or external clients.
- Familiarity with AWS and New Relic.
- Background in ticketing, e-commerce, or high-scale transactional systems.
