What you will do
- Act as a software expert for clients and internal teams.
- Conduct remote and on-site webinars and workshops to provide technical expertise and training.
- Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and user manuals.
- Interface between clients and the development team to forward suggestions and identify product gaps.
- Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions to demonstrate medical imaging solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to solve client problems involving hardware, software, and databases.
Requirements
- Experience as a radiology technologist or in a similar clinical role.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong presentation skills and sales ability.
- Ability to travel for client demonstrations and trade shows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general information technology.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
