About the Role

You will operate at the intersection of regulation, operations, product strategy, and enterprise sales to help capital markets clients adopt digital assets. You will identify real-world constraints early, shape viable solutions, translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies, influence senior stakeholders, mitigate risks in deal cycles, and help transition initiatives from pilot phases to production-ready implementations.

Requirements

• Experience working with institutional financial players
• Proven ability to operate in client facing commercial environments supporting deals or partnerships
• Strong understanding of regulatory and operational constraints affecting production deployment
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across legal compliance risk and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into practical execution focused solutions
• Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape including tokenization trends and institutional adoption
• Operational knowledge across asset classes or financial workflows such as fund structures pre trade post trade settlement and collateral management
• High level of curiosity and a solutions oriented mindset
• Legal or regulatory background (JD or equivalent) with applied execution focused experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Enable institutional adoption of digital assets by navigating regulatory and operational constraints
• Partner with clients to structure and advance commercially viable solutions
• Translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear actionable strategies
• Influence senior stakeholders across legal compliance risk and business functions
• Identify and mitigate risks early in deal cycles to improve execution speed and quality
• Support transition of initiatives from pilot phases to scalable production implementations
• Apply Web3 technologies to real world institutional use cases
• Bring market awareness and insight into tokenization trends and regulatory developments
