What you will do

• Own and deliver a roadmap focused on scaling and innovation, prioritizing bandwidth improvements and EIP/RIP adoption.
• Collaborate with the Research team to turn technical breakthroughs into scoped product changes.
• Identify technical and non-technical requirements for documentation, infrastructure, and frontend details.
• Synthesize feedback from users and the market to guide engineering priorities.
• Align engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships teams for successful product launches.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Product Manager or related technical role.
• Deep understanding of or strong curiosity about blockchain technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience building software.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software targeted at developers.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders across the organization.
• Must not be based in California or Colorado.

• Experience working at a blockchain protocol team.
• Experience as a technical contributor to distributed systems.
• Previous experience at a fast-growing tech company or software startup.
