Senior Product Specialist (Medtech)

Focus on providing on-site education, clinical and technical support, partnering with Sales, Clinical, and Regional teams, driving product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strong clinical and business outcomes.

Location: Flexwork in San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States. Requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment; no sponsorship for roles below Principal level.

What you will do

• Develop and review short- and long-term plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line
• Conduct competitive product analysis, market research, consumer behavior, and healthcare professional insights
• Evaluate profitability and feasibility of new products or enhancements
• Develop production and go-to-market strategies for effective product positioning
• Collaborate with Product Development throughout product lifecycle and finalize specifications
• Lead advertising, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and resolution of product-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (for degrees outside US, must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))
• Practical knowledge from advanced education and experience
• Experience working with medical device distributors
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Sales-oriented with strategic vision and effective communication
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• Ability to be independently mobile, interact with computer, and communicate with peers
