What you will do

• Own incrementality testing across marketing, product, and rewards from hypothesis to business impact.
• Build data pipelines and measurement stack tying experiments to user behavior, monetization, and multi-touch attribution.
• Drive experimentation strategy for growth and product with focus on causal validity.
• Own data products end-to-end: scoping, architecture, implementation, rollout.
• Partner with C-level, engineering, and business stakeholders to operationalize measurement.
• Set scalable frameworks and practices for the team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in causal inference and experimental design in real business contexts.
• Hands-on experience building and operationalizing attribution models.
• Proven zero-to-one experience: solve ambiguous problems, build infrastructure, ship production-ready solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; GCP preferred; modern data stack tools (dbt).
• Builder mindset with strong ownership; rigorous yet pragmatic; automates repetitive tasks; clear communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic advertising, ML pricing, or mobile measurement (MMPs, probabilistic attribution).
