What you will do

• Model customer journeys per HUB product and translate them into clean data and event structures.
• Define adoption KPIs and build data models in Planhat and the internal BI stack.
• Design and iterate digital customer interventions, including trigger-based email sequences and in-app nudges.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, Product Experts, and Technical Infrastructure teams to manipulate the data layer.
• Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and deliver recommendations without senior hand-holding.

Requirements

• Top student in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Informatics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent tools.
• AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or n8n.
• Strong business interest with a focus on using KPIs as levers for impact.
