What you will do

• Own Cyber0 product direction from discovery through MVP and beyond
• Conduct deep customer discovery with CISOs, SOC teams, and cloud-native engineering organizations
• Define and evolve the roadmap starting with cloud-native SIEM on hirify.global's telemetry platform
• Translate security problems into actionable product decisions
• Apply Agent0 AI layer to detection, investigation, and response workflows
• Partner with engineering on data pipelines, detection logic, and architecture
• Collaborate with GTM to position Cyber0 in the security market
• Deliver outcomes like better detection, faster investigations, and lower costs

Requirements

• Deep security domain experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR or related platforms and SOC operations
• Familiarity with cloud-native security, data lakes, AI workflows, and platform consolidation
• Proven 0-to-1 product experience in ambiguous environments
• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact
• Excellent communication to articulate security concepts to engineers, executives, and customers
• Technical fluency for data pipelines, detection logic, and system architecture

Nice to have

• Experience with observability platforms like OpenTelemetry
• Background in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, AWS, microservices)
• AI-driven security or analytics tools experience
