What you will do

• Enhance AI-native document generation workflows like Demand Letters and Medical Chronologies to drive faster case resolution and higher settlements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered features, integrating LLMs with existing SaaS systems.
• Build and maintain systems to evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of deliverables.
• Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery across services, APIs, and user-facing features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to deliver high-impact features.
• Contribute to evolving core products at the forefront of applied AI.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python or Go, Java, Node.js, C++.
• Proven ability to design and ship scalable, production-grade systems including APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.

• Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact-driven products.
