Product Manager II (HRIS-Compensation): Leading the product strategy and execution for compensation and benchmarking experiences within an HRIS platform with an accent on pay decision workflows, market data integration, and reporting. Focus on building scalable, data-rich experiences for HR leaders and managers while thoughtfully integrating AI to reduce administrative overhead.

Location: Hybrid in Utah, USA (regular in-office days required)

What you will do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Compensation and Benchmarking within hirify.global.
  • Build intuitive workflows for compensation planning, pay changes, approvals, pay ranges, and review cycles.
  • Create benchmarking experiences that help customers match roles and understand market pay.
  • Connect compensation workflows to core HRIS data, including employee records and lifecycle moments.
  • Strengthen data foundations, permissions, and reporting for pay positioning and auditability.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Design to turn customer needs into high-impact solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of PM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, compensation, benchmarking, or finance.
  • Domain fluency in compensation, HR, workforce planning, or operational workflows.
  • Experience building powerful configuration and reporting tools for administrators and leadership.
  • Strong product craft in systems-rich environments (data models, permissions, workflow automation).
  • Experience designing trustworthy, permission-aware experiences with sensitive data.
  • Must be based in Utah for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience building with AI coding agents.
  • Background in market data, job architecture, or role matching systems.
  • Experience with AI-assisted matching, summarization, or anomaly detection in customer-facing products.
