What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new or existing ship maintenance programs.
• Determine, monitor, and review manpower requirements.
• Analyze the impact of projects on budgets, on-time delivery, and resource availability.
• Formulate and recommend corrective actions, such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and fund allocations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather information and resolve issues.
• Ensure accountability for the completion of projects and goals.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is Required.
• 6+ years of experience as a scheduler in the ship maintenance or shipbuilding industry.
• Experience with schedule modelling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, or P6 Primavera.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
