Location: Remote or Hybrid (Offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan)

What you will do
- Lead and oversee the Retention function, developing comprehensive player lifecycle strategies (activation, engagement, reactivation, VIP).
- Own retention KPIs and unit economics, ensuring cost efficiency and managing the retention budget.
- Design and implement advanced segmentation, personalization strategies, and predictive models.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance CJM, UX, and key user journeys.
- Manage and develop the Retention team across Casino, Sports, and Gamification verticals through mentorship and coaching.
- Foster a data-driven culture by designing, launching, and interpreting A/B tests and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Gambling industry in Retention or CRM roles.
- 2–3+ years of proven experience in a leadership position managing multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of retention metrics, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical background with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
- Proven track record in building scalable processes and implementing reactivation strategies.
- Strategic thinking and proactive mindset focused on business outcomes.
