What you will do
- Develop and scale the Content Creator Program, including tier systems, revenue share models, and performance bonuses.
- Build creator-facing infrastructure such as portals, dashboards, and automated payout systems.
- Manage the full creator lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to verification and support.
- Drive aggressive KPIs, targeting over 1,600 videos and 8 million monthly views.
- Track program ROI and creator-driven installs, delivering weekly and monthly reports to product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Community, Media Marketing, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing structured creator or influencer programs in gaming.
- Experience building creator-facing infrastructure (dashboards, portals, automation).
- Hands-on experience with revenue share models and promo code systems.
- Deep understanding of the gaming creator ecosystem across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or office-based setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with Nexus.gg, CreatorIQ, impact.com, or Grin.
- Experience scaling programs across LATAM, SEA, or MENA regions.
- Existing network within the gaming creator community.
- Basic web development knowledge for managing portal and dashboard development.
