What you will do

• Make markets across a full range of prediction contracts including sports, politics, entertainment, and culture.
• Manage risk and exposure across the book, ensuring pricing integrity and market quality.
• Maintain liquidity across the contract portfolio to attract two-sided flow and manage thin books.
• Monitor market integrity in real-time and make fast, accountable pricing decisions during live events.
• Develop trading algorithms, custom tooling, and risk frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze trading performance metrics (margin, liability, volume) and provide insights to shape the product's direction.

Requirements

• Proven trading experience in prediction markets, sportsbooks, exchanges, or financial trading firms.
• Strong knowledge of binary and fixed-odds pricing mechanics and book risk management.
• Analytical self-sufficiency with the ability to build models and interrogate data independently.
• Hands-on coding experience sufficient to build trading tools and simple algorithms.
• Availability and responsiveness during UK and US hours, with flexibility for global events.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with platforms such as Kalshi or Polymarket.
• Background in iGaming, sports trading, or financial derivatives.
• Experience pricing non-sports markets (politics, entertainment, culture, or tech).
• Knowledge of crypto markets and on-chain settlement mechanics.
• Experience building trading operations infrastructure from scratch.
