Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Platforms & Operations (Ecommerce): Owning the technical strategy and operations of the ecommerce platform portfolio with an accent on experimentation, personalization, and AI-native systems. Focus on designing resilient event models, operationalizing AI workflows, and scaling platform architecture to increase testing velocity.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA). Must be based in Boston, MA for hybrid office attendance (2 core days per week)

Salary: $164,200 - $240,800

What you will do

• Own the ecommerce platform stack, including experimentation/personalization tools, CDP, GTM, and AI assistants.
• Serve as the systems architect for the event/data layer, identity stitching, and API integrations.
• Drive enhancements to the experimentation framework to improve testing velocity and quality.
• Design and scale AI workflows and agentic automations to reduce manual operational work.
• Implement operational excellence through runbooks, monitoring, cost controls, and SLAs.
• Lead, hire, and coach a small platform team while managing vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in MarTech, analytics, or platform operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership or equivalent technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, CDPs (e.g., Rudderstack), APIs, and data pipelines.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
• Practical experience designing and operationalizing AI workflows.
• Must be based in Boston, MA
