Location: Hybrid in Poland (Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Kraków, Rzeszów) — 3 days a week in the office

Salary: 450 - 700 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Define and own the overall QA strategy, testing standards, and quality gates for the entire greenfield project.
• Establish testing processes, tools, and documentation standards from the ground up.
• Coordinate and guide QA Engineers across multiple teams to ensure consistent test coverage.
• Plan and execute cross-squad and end-to-end testing, including integration, regression, and UAT.
• Ensure coverage of critical financial domain aspects: data integrity, transaction correctness, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to embed QA into the delivery cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Lead in large-scale projects.
• Experience in the banking/financial domain (transactions, compliance, data integrity, security).
• Expertise in defining QA strategies, standards, and quality gates.
• Experience in coordination across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, E2E, exploratory).
• Fluent English spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation strategy.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring, Flutter, or React.
• Experience with greenfield projects.
• Experience with API testing and database validation.
• Familiarity with GCP/Cloud environments.
