What you will do

• Define automation vision, roadmap, and architectural standards across products and services.
• Design scalable, reusable frameworks for UI, API, microservices, contract, and integration testing.
• Mentor and upskill QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and champion best practices in observability and CI/CD.
• Partner with engineering to define quality KPIs, integrate automation into GitHub Actions pipelines, and support exploratory testing.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of hands-on QA automation or test engineering experience.
• Proven leadership in automation strategy and frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, WebdriverIO/Playwright.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, REST API testing, schema/contract validation.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Git practices; SQL queries; Agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Performance testing (k6, Gatling).
• Accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA).
