What you will do

• Own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team
• Operate with high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to leadership
• Grow into leading the venture as an independent DeFi company as the product scales
• Leverage access to trading infrastructure, legal, business development, and capital

Requirements

• Deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives
• Strong grasp of market microstructure including order books, spreads, volatility, Greeks, and pricing
• Ability to operate across product, growth, and business
• Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols
• Background from DeFi protocol, crypto trading desk, TradFi derivatives firm, or high-growth startup in product or growth role
