What you will do

• Collaborate with the recruiter across all stages of the recruitment process.
• Draft and publish job postings to attract talent.
• Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Utilize modern recruitment tools and systems to manage the pipeline.
• Support HR projects, internal events, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in either Dutch or German are required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently while enjoying a team-oriented environment.
• Drive to work in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.
