What you will do

• Conduct R&D of state-of-the-art models, algorithms, and systems.
• Lead research projects end-to-end from problem formulation and ideation to production transition.

• Identify ambitious research directions and invent novel solutions for high-impact problems.
• Shape the research roadmap and influence long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with proven production-level impact.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (PhD is a plus).
• Experience with Transformers, open-source LLMs, and advanced deep learning architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML tooling and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong experimental mindset.
• English: Proficiency required for effective collaboration and communication.
