What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of data solutions for AI use cases, from requirements to analysis, implementation, quality assurance, and automation
• Work hands-on with large raw datasets to create high-quality inputs for model training, evaluation, and iteration
• Apply quantitative analysis to assess data coverage, quality, and behavior in AI systems
• Build Python and SQL scripts for scalable, repeatable workflows
• Collaborate with engineering for production-ready solutions and with external AI teams for data outputs

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience with large-scale data using SQL and Spark or BigQuery
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, scripting, and reusable workflows
• Experience turning raw, imperfect data into reliable outputs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous requirements
• End-to-end ownership of data projects
• Some experience with LLM-based systems like inference APIs, prompts, or basic evaluation
• Clear communication skills in English and experience with external stakeholders

Nice to have

• Deeper LLM experience like prompt engineering, batch inference, or evaluation with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• LLM evaluation/monitoring workflows with tools like LangSmith or Weights & Biases
• Experience with open-source/local models via Ollama or Hugging Face
• Cloud data infrastructure like AWS
