What you will do

• Lead research to redefine SOC automation, creating benchmarks and frameworks for AI in security operations
• Design and develop prototypes demonstrating breakthrough concepts, transitioning them to product features with engineering
• Collaborate with security researchers, Product Marketing, and Head of AI to align priorities with commercial goals
• Present at conferences like BlackHat and RSA, publish tools and content for thought leadership
• Mentor engineering teams on AI techniques in security contexts

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML as Data Scientist, Researcher, or Software Engineer
• Experience in cybersecurity domain - a MUST
• Hands-on with AI benchmarks, model training, context engineering in production
• Track record of shipping solutions via open-source, prototypes, or products
• Published research, presentations, or technical writing; ability to explain complex concepts
• Strong Python and ML frameworks proficiency

• Translating research into commercial product features
• Presenting at major security or AI conferences
• Understanding of AI-powered security competitive landscape
