What you will do

• Own and manage selected User Acquisition channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, including UA & Product experiments, Web UA, and Retargeting.
• Develop and execute scalable testing roadmaps across various channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data, and Engineering teams to improve performance.
• Organize and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, clarity, and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience running classic and incentivized UA channels (e.g., playtime, multi-reward models).
• Understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing with the ability to build measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Adjust, Firebase, Looker, Figma, Miro, and Jira.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
