💰 Salary: $1,000 - $10,000 / month

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Build, manage, and scale partnerships with crypto KOLs, influencers, trading communities, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
2️⃣ Use your existing network to identify and onboard high value KOLs and partners who can drive quality users and trading activity to the platform.
3️⃣ Maintain close and trusted relationships with KOLs, with the ability to directly discuss campaigns, negotiate terms, and move partnerships forward efficiently.
4️⃣ Work closely with marketing and product teams to launch referral campaigns, trading competitions, AMAs, community activations, and other growth initiatives.
5️⃣ Track and optimize performance metrics such as new registrations, FTDs, trading volume, CPA, retention, and partner ROI.
6️⃣ Manage the full partner lifecycle from first contact and deal structuring to onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
7️⃣ Stay updated on market trends, KOL collaboration models, community dynamics, and competitor partnership strategies.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within the crypto exchange industry.
2️⃣ Must already have active KOL relationships.
3️⃣ Must be close enough with KOLs to open deals directly.
4️⃣ Must have real experience driving trading volume and FTDs.
5️⃣ Priority for candidates with futures exchange experience.
6️⃣ Strong understanding of crypto trading products, especially spot, futures, and derivatives.
7️⃣ Proven track record in building and scaling KOL networks, affiliate ecosystems, or community driven growth channels.
8️⃣ Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and able to evaluate partner quality through conversion, FTD, volume, and ROI.
9️⃣ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong execution ability in a fast moving environment.
🔟 Self driven, result oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
💡 Preferred Qualifications
1️⃣ Previous experience at a top tier crypto exchange or a fast growing blockchain ecosystem project.
2️⃣ Strong network across crypto KOLs, affiliate leaders, trading communities, or regional ecosystem partners.
3️⃣ Experience designing incentive structures such as tiered affiliate programs, KOL rebate models, or trading volume based rewards.
4️⃣ Good understanding of global crypto marketing trends and regional compliance considerations.
