What you will do

• Source and book technical crew for worldwide events, including rate negotiation and schedule monitoring.
• Manage complex travel and hotel arrangements within budget, including flight and transfer logistics.
• Process VISA applications, work permits, and event accreditations.
• Maintain crew diaries and personal data using Easyjob and Business Central.
• Assess freelance crew against IR35 tax rules and manage the freelancer recruitment pipeline.
• Administer crew training and maintain the certification matrix.

Requirements

• Proven track record in customer service and relationship management.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Confidence in communicating with both internal staff and external freelancers.
