What you will do

• Manage the Global Content Calendar as the centralized planning system for social, digital, and CRM teams.
• Design and operationalize AI-assisted workflows for content planning, tagging, metadata generation, and sequencing.
• Act as the operational bridge between Global Social, Digital, CRM, and Regional Marketing teams to align campaign timelines.
• Implement lightweight automation using AI and no-code tools to streamline intake, approvals, and handoffs.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT Security to establish guardrails and best practices for responsible AI usage.
• Analyze content planning patterns and performance signals to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in content operations across social, digital, and CRM channels.
• Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid in Burbank, CA.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools and automation to modernize content coordination.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks for global campaigns and regional activations.
