What you will do

• Own and execute digital-first growth strategy to scale to 500k+ users
• Create and oversee viral content including UGC, short-form video, and social storytelling
• Lead end-to-end digital campaigns with rapid testing and performance focus
• Identify and activate viral growth loops via trends, creators, and platform tactics
• Build and manage network of student creators and ambassadors
• Use data and insights to refine creative and improve results
• Host in-person activations and events to amplify growth
• Partner with product and content teams for campus-relevant messaging

Requirements

• Experience driving growth for consumer/social app through digital content
• Track record creating or leading viral content (UGC, short-form video)
• Hands-on experience running digital campaigns and platform dynamics
• Instinct for trends and translating to high-impact content
• Data-driven and highly iterative approach
• Experience building creator or ambassador networks
• Comfort hosting events and representing brand
• Scrappy, fast-moving, in tune with Gen Z culture
