TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Legaltech): Conceptualise and create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and designs across the product suite for tech-enabled legal products with an accent on interaction design, product thinking, and user-centric solutions. Focus on ideating, developing, optimising features, analysing complex problems, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati City, Philippines. Work shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

What you will do

• Champion design by leading end-to-end experiences and visual designs.
• Strategise, create, and communicate solutions via wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes; defend and test with teams and users.
• Analyse user insights and feedback to distill complex problems into thoughtful solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and optimal resource use.
• Mentor junior designers with constructive feedback and support.
• Produce reusable design components and systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years as Product Designer or similar, with experience from ideation to production.
• Portfolio showcasing problems tackled, solutions, and results.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
• Deep knowledge of design theory (layout, balance, contrast, typography).
• Meticulous eye for aesthetics and ability to link business strategy, design, and user needs.
• Strong time management, communication, and adaptability across tasks.
• Fixed-term employment for 6 months, potential for full-time.
