What you will do

• Deliver a new proposition from concept to MVP and iterate based on results.
• Develop prototypes of varying fidelity to test assumptions and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to produce high-standard, build-ready design outputs.
• Design and support lean experiments to inform iteration and prioritization.
• Ensure solutions are coherent, scalable, and aligned with broader product strategy.
• Balance user needs with commercial, regulatory, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer in-house within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Proven use of AI tools within the design workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Experience taking products or features from concept through MVP into production.
• Experience designing products for direct-to-consumer environments.
• Strong systems-level design capability and proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing high-quality native (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences.
