What you will do

• Partner with PMs and leadership to define success metrics for new features and growth initiatives.
• Design and measure KPIs across the full user journey, including activation, monetization, and retention.
• Conduct proactive deep-dives to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, "bottom-line first" narratives for stakeholders.
• Act as an analytical bridge across multiple product domains to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of subscription business levers such as ARR, Churn, and PLG.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
