What you will do

• Build and grow social media communities across multiple B2C brands and platforms
• Own end-to-end social and community engine: strategy, content, publishing, engagement, and optimization
• Develop global social, influencer, and creator strategies for different markets and audiences
• Create content calendars, recruit and manage influencers, creators, and partners
• Build scalable playbooks, spot trends, collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams
• Analyze performance, optimize for growth, use AI tools, monitor conversations and sentiment

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience growing social channels for B2C or consumer brands
• Built something from 0 to scale (account, community, creator program, content engine)
• Deep understanding of platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, Facebook)
• Strong in strategy and execution, builder mindset, data-driven
• Clear English communication for cross-team work
• Content creation with Canva, Figma, CapCut, AI tools; experience across multiple brands/markets
