TL;DR

Marketing Manager (Adtech): Developing and executing regional marketing strategies for Taiwan and Hong Kong with an accent on field marketing, PR, and content localization. Focus on scaling market presence through high-impact events, data-driven narratives, and strategic media partnerships.

Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office). Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Taiwan (e.g., once a quarter) is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Taiwan and Hong Kong in collaboration with Sales Leadership to drive business growth.
  • Own and manage hosted and sponsored industry events (roundtables, seminars, IAB events) to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Generate data-driven insights to develop public speaking narratives, white papers, and sales collateral.
  • Build relationships with tier-1 media to drive PR article production and increase media exposure.
  • Strategically manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and curate video content for the Greater China region.
  • Localize and adapt product updates, sales presentations, and case studies into Traditional Chinese.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2–3 years specifically in field marketing roles.
  • Strong Traditional Chinese writing proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and e-commerce terminology within the Chinese market.
  • Proven ability to independently execute complex marketing events and manage stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Cantonese for Hong Kong operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-driven content tools to optimize localized marketing materials.
