What you will do

• Provide accurate and timely technical support via Slack, chat, or email to resolve customer issues.
• Diagnose technical problems and escalate complex cases to R&D or Product teams.
• Educate customers on product features and build strong, professional relationships.
• Create and update support documentation and log all interactions in the support system.
• Maintain technical excellence through ongoing training in cloud security.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation Engineering.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MySQL.
• Experience with Cloud technologies, Containerization (Docker), networking, Linux, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Grafana, and various troubleshooting analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, or an equivalent qualification.
