Location: North America or South America. Remote options available for North American candidates.
Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support within SLA to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of complex customer issues and manage escalations through to resolution.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis to eliminate recurring technical problems.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality and usability issues reported by enterprise customers.
- Replicate customer issues in test environments and collaborate with internal engineering and product teams.
- Consult with customer development teams on best practices for identity security.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of technical support engineering experience, preferably in mission-critical environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in authentication technologies (OIDC, OAuth, SAML, FIDO) and PKI/SSL/TLS certificates.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Experience with database management.
- Knowledge of Mobile Platforms (iOS, Android).
