What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across various software, networking, and hardware environments for corporate customers.
- Serve as the final escalation point (last line of support) for the most challenging technical issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering (Development, QA, Data Center) and Business teams (Product Management, Professional Services) to resolve issues.
- Mentor and train junior team members by sharing technical expertise and communication best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends in Cloud, Storage, and Virtualization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Proficiency in Windows Server (logs, dumps, Procmon, Process Explorer) and Linux/UNIX (CLI power user).
- Experience in analyzing and mitigating security threats, including ransomware, malware, and EDR/XDR incidents.
- Strong networking skills: Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf, and troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, VPN, and HTTP servers.
- Expertise in enterprise-grade hypervisors (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM, Virtuozzo) and business applications (MS SQL, Oracle DB, MS Exchange).
