What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of implementation programs from pilot to scaled rollout.
• Define deployment plans, milestones, success metrics, and operational readiness criteria.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, scope, and contractual commitments.
• Serve as primary delivery lead for client stakeholders with status meetings and executive updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, R&D, Hardware Operations, Data, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate retail and supply chain workflows into scalable technical deployments, identify risks, and track KPIs.
• Build repeatable enterprise deployment playbooks and improve processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing large-scale enterprise implementations in retail, supply chain, SaaS, or IoT
• Experience working directly with large enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution centers, supplier onboarding, and logistics
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
• Comfort with IoT hardware, cloud platforms, APIs, and data integrations
• Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Direct experience with nation's largest retailers
• Background in IoT, connected devices, or supply chain technology
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
