What you will do

• Shape loyalty experiences through hands-on discovery, ideation, and experimentation.
• Own end-to-end design for features used by millions of shoppers.
• Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads in a product trio to influence strategy and execution.
• Apply design thinking to solve meaningful problems in retention marketing.
• Drive evolution of loyalty offerings with data-informed, customer-centric designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS and agile environments
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end UX and visual design with clear point of view.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, developers, and stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive mindset comfortable with ambiguity and feedback.
• Clear communication to articulate design decisions.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design/AI prototyping tools.
