Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as primary analytical advisor to Merchant executive leadership, translating data into actionable business strategies and investment cases.
• Architect and own long-term analytical roadmap to scale Merchant and Loan portfolios ahead of business growth.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to elevate merchant operations and loan management.
• Establish golden source for Merchant KPIs, owning health, profitability, and risk frameworks.
• Design experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and elasticity modeling to maximize merchant lifecycle value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business to ensure robust data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant analytical experience with bachelor’s or master’s in quantitative field (Analytics, Math, Stats, Economics, Engineering).
• Expert in SQL, Python/R.
• Strong data governance understanding.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau/Sigma for operations and executive storytelling.
• Ability to distill complex findings into compelling narratives.
