What you will do

• Design and implement generative AI solutions that integrate with B2B SaaS applications.
• Develop end-to-end AI systems from research and experimentation to production deployment.
• Create APIs and integration points between AI capabilities and the product ecosystem.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies for AI development.
• Optimize AI system performance and resource utilization in production environments.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and data teams to deliver cohesive AI features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience across multiple technology stacks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proven experience developing and deploying generative AI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of ML operations (MLOps) practices and tools.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Technical leadership experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
