What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate on internal platforms supporting research workflows like data ingestion, enrichment, indexing, search, labeling, evaluation, and experiment tooling.
• Develop durable pipelines and connectors to ingest and normalize research data sources.
• Create reusable libraries, templates, CLIs, and services enabling safe, repeatable analyses and experiments.
• Own deployments, reliability, observability, access control, and cost/performance of the research stack.
• Partner with CyberAI researchers to translate needs into reliable, secure, cloud-deployed capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production systems in platform engineering, data engineering, infra, or backend.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including clean architecture, testing, CI/CD, code review, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment patterns (containers, orchestration, serverless, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing data pipelines and service integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with researchers, clarify ambiguous needs, make tradeoffs, ship incrementally, and drive adoption.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity research workflows like Threat Hunting, Malware Research, CTI.
