What you will do

• Provide actionable data-driven insights to product teams and stakeholders to drive product decisions.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts using BI tools.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to track health and optimize features.
• Own KPIs and A/B testing to monitor results and drive product improvements.
• Continuously analyze and optimize user funnels and product activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to inform product priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and window functions.
• Strong experience with Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user analysis, and KPI development.
• BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude or Salesforce.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
