What you will do

• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with team leads, product managers, and UX/UI designers in a cross-functional environment.
• Lead and contribute to key decisions regarding architecture, technology stack, and the product roadmap.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and practices to accelerate development and improve quality.
• Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Experience in frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of web application architecture, clean code, and design patterns.
• Fluent written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD processes, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambdas and S3.
• Experience in the mobility ecosystem, mapping, routing, or geospatial data.
