Fullstack Engineer (Adtech)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Java/Big Data): Designing and developing end-to-end services for the Self-Service advertising domain with an accent on high-throughput data pipelines and identity graphs. Focus on solving complex scalability challenges and building infrastructure that empowers advertisers to scale campaigns independently.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Tel Aviv, Israel)

What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance data pipelines and identity graphs to handle massive throughput.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of both frontend and backend services.
• Build scalable infrastructure for the strategic Self-Service growth domain.
• Collaborate with high-performing engineering teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Optimize systems serving thousands of requests per second at an unimaginable scale.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from the Tel Aviv office (hybrid 3 days/week).
• 3+ years of experience in OOP, infrastructure development, and production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in Big Data and hands-on experience with diverse databases.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring other engineers.
• Product-driven mindset with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new domains.

Nice to have

• Experience building large-scale distributed systems using Web/JavaScript, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and distributed databases (Vertica, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, BigQuery), Spark, and HDFS.
